Microlens array (under development)
We are going ahead with the development of microlens array formation on thin glass substrate using imprint technology.
◆Characteristics
- Unification of characteristics of glass (environment resistance and low thermal expansion) and resin (facility of formation).
- Excellent gas barrier due to glass substrate use.
- Resin can be hardened by ultraviolet irradiation, which enables us to handle large sized substrates.

Lenticular・ CCD on-chip lens
